Unable to access NXT Master channel in WOW despite active Signature subscription

Hello Support Team, I am currently unable to access Stefan Kassing’s English “NXT Master” channel in WOW. When I try to open the channel, I receive the following message: “This content belongs to a market your plan doesn’t cover yet.” “This market isn’t available on any plan right now.” I have an active Signature subscription, so I would expect this content to be accessible. It looks like there may be an issue with the channel configuration or the access permissions. Could you please check why the NXT Master channel is currently locked for my account and whether this is a bug? Thank you in advance for checking this. Best regards Christian

Error in recorded videos

The videos in the educators' playlists keep restarting, making it difficult to watch them smoothly. Sometimes it lets you watch one all the way through, but then it keeps reloading, and you have to hope it works again; the process is slow and makes it hard to study continuously.
