Subtitles for videos.

Hello. I have a suggestion, because I struggle with hearing problems and I also had a prospect who has such hearing issues that she is reading from lips, and if she cannot see person’s lips, she doesn’t understand anything. Subtitles would help massively. Especially to people with hearing issues and people who might struggle with English, and when learning English often hearing and understanding is harder than reading and understanding the text. It would be great if you could make personalized lists of classes, so that each user could organize them into folders, like YouTube playlists, and if you could see the history of what has been viewed for both these lists and the educators' playlists, as if they were being played from the Learn/Courses section.

Would it be possible to introduce a feature that allows us to tag people in the live sessions or recorded live on WoW and, through our personal account, easily track which live sessions we have already watched and which ones we haven’t, without having to manually note them down?

I would like to have them marked automatically as I watch them ⁠Would be nice to have in progress it would be nice to see the info on both (live and dashboard) By tagging I mean having the possibility to mention someone not the educator ⁠just between students under some video so that they can receive notification and watch directly the video If they receive notification would be amazing cause at least they know, notification on the app and email Tagging would be the more important by my view

Overall layout

I would like to suggest a change to the layout of the WOW! Community page and also improvements to its main purpose which is readability. The page could clearly use some improvements. Right now the font structure is unclear. The current font sizes are 32px for titles and 20px for paragraphs. This is too large for desktop reading. The mobile version actually feels better with 32px for titles and 16px for paragraphs. There is also a lot of unused space on the right side of the paragraphs. This space forces the text into a narrow box and makes the page hard to read. The right side does not seem to have any real function. This creates two problems: The page becomes much longer than needed. The paragraphs are squeezed into a second content box which makes readability worse. I added a screenshot to show a possible layout improvement. Each element is marked with a color and I drew a simple layout suggestion. The main idea is to make the content box full width and use a smaller font size (not displayed).

Dark mode

I have trouble reading content in dark mode because my eyes are sensitive to it. A freely selectable light mode option would make reading much easier for me and certainly for other users as well.
